Vancouver May 20. Mr Justice Murphy has dismissed the petition for a winding up order made on behalf of certain creditors of the OF Co. The application was opposed by debenture holders.

His lordship in delivering the judgement said, "It has not been shown that the order will have anything to operate on. I understand all the company's property is in the hands of a receiver for the debenture holders. The Petition is dismissed without costs"
